Message It will be alot easier in the long run.

You have the oppurtunity to...

-Replace to replace other things like motor mounts, Remove EGR, and seals etc.

The main reason why I would pull motor is that if you break a bolt or somthing stupid happens (which they usually will if you have an higher mileage/older Z) You will be able to replace or replace any thing that needs replacing and most importantly, The knowledge you will gain from doing the pull is PRICELESS and its just fun.
